Hi! I'm Sunni.

Like many new moms, I expected breastfeeding to come naturally. Instead, my daughter struggled to latch on my left side, and every feeding became a cycle of trying to get her to latch, pumping, and bottle-feeding.

I searched for something that could gently reshape and support my breast during feeding, but I couldn’t find what I was looking for. So I decided to make it myself.

What started as a hand-sewn prototype at my kitchen table eventually became LatchTrainer™ a nursing bra designed to provide adjustable breast support during feeding.

My hope is to give moms another source of support during their breastfeeding journey and create the kind of product I wished I had.

Thank you for being here and being part of our journey.

Our Journey

From One Idea to Patent-Pending Innovation

Mother Putting Her Cute Newborn Baby to Sleep on Bed at Home

Quality & Sustainability

When we set out to build LatchTrainer™, we were committed to partnering with a manufacturer that shared our values of quality, sustainability, and ethical production. That's why we chose HC Organize Textile, a Turkish manufacturer that works with responsibly sourced materials and internationally recognized standards, helping us create a product we can feel proud to bring to breastfeeding families.

The Idea

A personal breastfeeding challenge sparked the search for a better way to support the latching process.

The Prototype

Through countless sketches, adjustments, and hand-sewn samples, a simple concept began to take shape.

The Innovation

After months of development and refinement, that idea became LatchTrainer™ a patent-pending breastfeeding support bra designed to help make latching easier. It gently supports and reshapes the breast during feeding, provides lift for lower-hanging breasts, and offers added discretion by keeping much of the breast covered while baby nurses.

Our Journey

From One Mom's Challenge to a New Kind of Nursing Bra

From a Homemade Prototype to LatchTrainer™

I cut openings into a sports bra, hand-sewed hair-tie elastic around them, and cinched the fabric to gently reshape and support the breast during feeding. It was homemade, but it gave me the breast support I had been looking for.

Bringing the Idea to Life

I brought my homemade prototype and rough sketches to Siinge Studio in Colorado, where they helped turn my idea into our first professionally sewn LatchTrainer™.

10+ Samples Later

More than 10 samples and iterations later, we refined the fit, support, fabric, and details to create a bra that’s soft, comfortable, and smooth under clothing.

Thoughtfully Made

After sampling with several manufacturers, we chose HC Organize in Turkey to custom cut and sew LatchTrainer™ to our design and specifications. Made with soft bamboo and organic cotton using OEKO-TEX® certified materials and responsible manufacturing practices.
