How to Use LatchTrainer™
Unlike traditional nursing bras, LatchTrainer™ features an adjustable breast support system designed to gently reshape, lift, and support the breast during nursing.
Put On Your LatchTrainer™
Wear LatchTrainer™ as you would a regular nursing bra. Adjust the shoulder straps to your preferred level of fit and support.
Open the Nursing Panel
Unclip and fold down the nursing cover on the side you plan to feed from.
Position the Opening
Center the breast opening around your nipple and areola. Position the upper edge of the opening approximately 1–3 inches above the areola.
Adjust the Pull Strap
Gently pull the adjustable strap to tighten the opening until you reach your preferred level of breast support.
Breastfeed
Latch your baby as you normally would. Adjust the pull strap as needed for your preferred level of support during nursing.
Return to Everyday Wear
When finished feeding, loosen the pull strap, reposition the nursing cover, and reattach the clasp. LatchTrainer™ can then be worn as your everyday nursing bra.

Latch your baby as you normally would. You can adjust the pull strap as needed throughout your feeding session for comfort and support.
Return to Everyday Wear
When finished feeding, loosen the pull strap, reposition the nursing panel, and reattach the clasp. LatchTrainer™ can then be worn as your everyday nursing bra.

However, some moms may find that it works well for pumping depending on their pump, comfort level, and feeding routine. For example, you may choose to nurse on one side while pumping on the other. As always, use the bra in the way that feels most comfortable and effective for you.
